Holly Oak Farms Rental Pricing ** 


Reservation Pricing For Weddings

  • Monday – Thursday (9am to midnight): $1,500.00  

  • Friday (9am to midnight): $2,200.00  

  • Saturday (9am to midnight): $2,900.00  

  • Sunday (9am to midnight): $2,200.00  

  • 2 Day Packages (provided dates are available) receive a 25% Discount  

Party or Event Rental:

A 6 hour rental is $600 and every hour after that is $50. The rental time includes your set up/decoration time as well as clean up time so please take this into consideration when deciding how many hours you will need. Your reserved time begins when the first person involved with your event arrives and all clean up needs to be completed within your 6 hour time frame unless you have opted to add more hours. Celebration reservations include all of the tables, chairs and decor and you are welcome to use the chapel if you need that space. Party reservations can only be made 60 days out from your event. That means that if you want to rent the barn on April 14 you can request to reserve it on or after February 14.

The barn has a maximum indoor capacity of 100 guests for seated events. We can accommodate larger crowds, but that may require the rental of additional seating. The rental cost of such items will be in addition to the prices quoted above. We will gladly refer you to businesses that have visited our venue and can provide any other rental items such as linens, lighting, tents, seating, etc. that you may need for your event.  
Anyone booking an event at Holly Oak Farms is required to obtain event insurance as outlined in our rental agreement.   Please contact us if you would like to visit the barn. Marty (803-682-4895), Sharon (803-682-0114) 

What's included in your rental:

Rental includes access to the barn, chapel and picnic shelter, as well as use of the hay field, pond and dock for photographs. The barn has a full kitchen with microwave, electric range, refrigerator and sink. All rentals include the use of the following items: 

  • Twelve (12) rectangle folding tables, 8 foot.  

  • Two (2) rectangle folding tables, 6 foot  

  • One (1) rectangle folding table, 4 foot  

  • Fourteen (14) 60 inch round tables  

  • Six (6) rustic benches, 8 foot  

  • Twenty (20) rustic benches, 6 foot 

  • Two (2) church pews, 12 foot  

  • Two (2) church pews, 10 foot

  • Barrel Table Tops, 8 foot  and 5 foot

  • Nine (9) wine barrels

  • Four (4) bar height cocktail tables

  • Four (4) wooden picnic tables, 6 foot  

  • Fifteen (15) wooden chairs  

  • 100 white resin folding chairs  

  • Arbor/Pergola

  • Bride's Doorway

  • Miscellaneous signs

  • Lanterns

  • Drink decanters

  • Rolling cooler

  • Drink tub with bottle opener

  • Large and small wood slice centerpieces

  • Miscellaneous chippy paint chairs

  • Miscellaneous food dishes

  • Assorted Mason jars

  • Assorted flower vessels

This is just a small sample of the decorations we have available in our back room.  After weddings we are often gifted anything the couple does not want to keep from their wedding and we have saved all of it for future couples. There is absolutely no charge to use any of the decorations in the back room.  We just ask that you take care of what you use and return it to it's proper place on the shelves before you leave.  Please note that anything you see in these pictures can not be guaranteed to be at the barn at the time of your wedding.  Things just disappear from time to time. We have much more than these photos show you.  We will be updating this section soon.  If you are getting married at Holly Oak Farms don't you dare go to Hobby Lobby to buy decorations before you check out what we have!  We no longer have linens available to use.
